This is very misleading. You can’t say “dietary cholesterol doesn’t risk heart disease” without properly sourcing the whole study, explaining why, giving examples or elaborating on what that means and how people should perceive that. People can read this and think that “oh sweet i’ll go eat my egg then.” Egg yolk is bad for people with high cholesterol. As a blogger, please write responsibly. People – please read this with a grain of salt. If you have high cholesterol – eat egg whites only. NO yolk.
